Athletic Physicals:
Wednesday June 5, 2019 – 1:45pm to 5:00pm

Cost $25
All athletes must print out and bring their physical paperwork with them.
David Bazzo MD (UCSD) and staff will be conducting physicals.
Athletes can now sign up on Athleticclearance.com
Enter all the sports the student plans to participate in even if they end up not playing that sport. This is to ensure the information is in the system ahead of time.
The One Day or Seasonal Authorization to Travel document also needs to be downloaded and turned in with the physical.
